Police are searching for an unnamed man after two women were sexually harassed on the London Underground this summer.

One woman was sexually assaulted on a busy Circle Line train at Liverpool Street on May 8, and another on the Victoria Line at Seven Sisters on July 1.

British Transport Police said they are treating the two cases as linked as investigators investigate a series of sexual assaults on the Underground.

A BTP spokesman released the surveillance camera footage and said the man “may have information” that could help officers with their investigation.

The man, with brown hair combed to the side, is seen wearing jeans and a blue shirt. He is carrying his coat over one arm and a bag over the other.

British Transport Police have released this CCTV image and asked if people recognise the man pictured as he “may have information that could assist officers”
