Corey Taylor: 'Incite The Watch' with Billy Morrison and Steve Vai

In the “Incite The Watch” clip, guitarist Billy Morrison (Billy Idol), singer Corey Taylor (Slipknot, Stone Sour) and guitarist Steve Vai can be seen as animated characters. The song can be found on Billy Morrison’s current solo album “The Morrison Project”.

The video for “Incite The Watch” features Corey Taylor, Billy Morrison and Steve Vai as “flying superhero rock stars who fight against the corporate hordes and liberate music, creativity and the enslaved masses,” reveals Billy. The animation clip was directed by Brett Boggs, who has worked for Disney, among others.

Corey Taylor commented: “Billy and I have known each other for many years and have played together many times. It was only a matter of time before we released something original and fascinating together. Plus, I've been a fan of Steve Vai since I was 15 years old” and never thought I would get to do something so great with him.

Guitarist Steve Vai also didn't need much convincing to collaborate: “It's nice to be part of this shenanigans.”

Billy Morrison's third solo album “The Morrison Project” was released on April 19th. In addition to Corey Taylor and Steve Vai, it also features Ozzy Osbourne, Steve Stevens, Al Jourgensen and John 5 (we reported).
