Lane Kiffin trolls Paul Finebaum for his recent forecast error

Lane Kiffin has never shied away from voicing his opinion about longtime SEC analyst Paul Finebaum, and on Tuesday morning, the Ole Miss head coach went out of his way to irritate Finebaum again.

Kiffin reposted a clip from Finebaum's show on social media last week in which a fan asked if he thought there was a chance Cal would beat Auburn on Saturday.

The longtime SEC analyst said there was “no chance.” Ultimately, Auburn lost to Cal 17-14, and Kiffin decided to use Finebaum's incorrect prediction as ammunition to spite him.

The Rebels head coach posted an emoji above the clip and tagged Finebaum with the words “What are you good at again?”

This isn't the first time Kiffin has publicly called Finebaum out, either. Over the summer, the Ole Miss head coach sat down with the SEC analyst at SEC Media Days and made an effort to bring up a past incident in which Finebaum had referred to Kiffin as the “Miley Cyrus of college football.”

“We were playing that night and you were on 'College GameDay' and you had to make a splash. They were watching it because I know the other person in the room who was watching it with them,” Kiffin said. “And you said what a joke I was, I'm the Miley Cyrus of college football coaching and I should be fired. They were watching it and later that night I was fired.”

It was clear that Kiffin took this personally, and he asked Finebaum the question straight to his face using the same words he tweeted today.

“So you were wrong there,” Kiffin said. “I mean, you put me down. I really don't know what you're good at. You predicted Coach Saban was done. That didn't happen. You basically said Miley Cyrus sucked and still kept going.”

It's obvious that the Ole Miss head coach hasn't forgotten what's been said about him in the past – and considering he's one of the most active college football coaches on social media, it's no surprise that he's trolling Finebaum again.
