Stabbing suspect arrested

(Astoria, OR) – A suspect in a fatal stabbing attack early Saturday morning in Astoria has been arrested. Police were called to Helping Hands halfway house where 58-year-old Stephen Foxon was identified as the suspect. He had trespassed from the facility on September 6. The victim was taken to Columbia Memorial Hospital where he died. Foxon was found by police on the Riverwalk and arrested. He is charged with second degree murder.
