Postal worker killed in two-vehicle crash on Mississippi highway – Magnolia State Live

According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP), a Mississippi postal worker was killed in a tragic two-vehicle collision in Grenada County on Saturday.

The accident occurred around 12:30 p.m. on Highway 7 when two northbound vehicles collided. The crash resulted in the death of 53-year-old postal worker Loretta Hopkins, who was driving a Mercedes van, the MHP reported.

At this time, MHP has not released any information on additional injuries related to the incident. The investigation into the cause of the accident is ongoing.
