Man sexually abuses 15-year-old girl who was sent to his religious class

Between January and April 2022, his mother paid him about $500 for lessons that took place twice a week in his apartment.

During one session, Kamsari called the victim into the bedroom for a counseling session while her siblings were in the living room.

While counseling the victim, he showed her a pornographic video on his cell phone. After this incident, he began having sexually explicit conversations with her.

A few days later, during a class, he called her into a bedroom again and showed her a porn video while touching her under her skirt.

He asked the teenager not to tell anyone about the touching. She agreed because she felt she was “making a mistake” and feared reprisals from her father, the prosecutor said.

Over time, the sexual acts became more and more intrusive.

In March 2022, the victim ran away from home and stopped attending classes.

When he learned on April 13 that the girl had returned home, he obtained the girl's cell phone number from her mother.

He then contacted the victim via Telegram, knowing that he could unilaterally delete the messages, and suggested that they use the app to communicate as it was a more “private” platform.

After realizing that the victim's mother was not listening to her messages, he resumed his sexually explicit conversations with her.

He later took her to an empty apartment where he performed sexual acts with the victim. The apartment belonged to a charity volunteer who had allowed him to stay there in 2021.

The crimes came to light on April 17, 2022, when the girl's mother found the messages on her phone.

When questioned by her mother, the victim stated that Kamsari had sexually abused her during religious education classes.

The woman took the girl to the police that same day to file a report. Kamsari was arrested two days later.
