Two people arrested for obstruction of justice in Broadway North shooting investigation

FARGO, ND (KVRR) – Fargo Police responded to a shooting incident around 2:00 a.m. in the 200 block of Broadway North.

An adult was taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

During the investigation, David Clem and Jody Englehardt were arrested for obstructing and resisting a police officer and taken to the Cass County Jail.

Officials do not believe Clem and Englehardt were involved in the shooting incident.
