Tragic electrocution incident in Gwalior

A tragic incident occurred in Gwalior in the Indian state of Madhya Pradesh: a 42-year-old man and his son lost their lives due to an electric shock. The man's wife and daughter were also injured in the shocking incident.

According to Ayush Gupta, Lashkar Superintendent of Police, the accident occurred in the family bathroom under the Kotwali police station premises. Premdutt Sharma was fatally electrocuted while taking a bath. His son Krishna rushed to his aid but was also electrocuted.

Despite the family's desperate efforts, father and son were pronounced dead on arrival at the nearby hospital. Initial investigations indicate that a faulty inverter cable, which had probably gotten wet near the motor pump, was the cause of the fatal electrocution. Mother and daughter are currently safe and out of danger.
