Tragic accident on Currey Road: 20-year-old killed, two others injured

A 20-year-old man was killed and two others injured in a fatal accident on Sunday when a car collided with their scooter on a bridge in the Currey Road area of ​​central Mumbai, police said.

The incident took place in the afternoon; Ayush Kailash Singh succumbed to his injuries while undergoing hospital treatment, said an officer of NM Joshi Marg police station.

The responsible driver, Manish Singh, has been arrested under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) Act. The authorities have launched a thorough investigation into the incident.
