New York man faces 50 charges for robbery and slash-and-burn in Hershey Park

Police in Derry Township have identified a man who slashed another person in the face with a knife this summer after stealing a credit card from an unlocked car in the Hersheypark parking lot, police said.

Huley Williams of Brooklyn, New York, was charged with 50 felony counts, including robbery, theft from a motor vehicle, aggravated assault, criminal use of a communications facility and conspiracy, according to court records and a police report.

Williams is not in custody.

A man and his family returned to their car in the Hersheypark parking lot around 1 p.m. on July 27 and found someone rummaging through the back seat, according to police. After the man confronted him, the robber punched him in the face and fled with a stolen credit card.

The man's stolen credit card was used later that day at a Target store in Bensalem Township, Bucks County, police said.

Isabel Santos, 44, of Jersey City, NJ, is also wanted in connection with the parking lot incident. Santos is charged with 46 felony counts, including theft from a motor vehicle, criminal use of a communication facility and theft. Police did not charge Santos with assault or robbery.

She is also not in police custody.
