The Cowboys have entered the 2024 season hoping to be at the top of the revamped Big 12. With powers like Texas and Oklahoma moving to the SEC, the door opens for a new team to take the reins as the conference's top seed. Last year, Mike Gundy's team made it to the conference championship game before being swept by the Longhorns. Even though a handful of players have moved on, there's still enough talent on this roster to make the playoffs. OK State kicked off this season with a win over South Dakota State last week.

The Razorbacks are stuck in the middle of a very different SEC. With the addition of former Southwest Conference rivals Oklahoma and Texas, the depth of the conference has increased dramatically, making it even harder for teams like Arkansas to stand out. Things were looking pretty good in the season's opening game, when the Razorbacks blew Arkansas-Pine Bluff by a measly final score of 70-0.

Arkansas' record against Oklahoma State is 30-15-1. This is the first meeting between the two schools since 1980.

MY CHOICE: Oklahoma State wins 35-24
