Oh, “The Bachelorette” is still here: With so much drama in the villa, nobody has time for Stella Stegmann

Actually, “The Bachelorette” is about – exactly – the Bachelorette. But in episode 3 of the dating show, Stella Stegmann hardly gets any airtime.

RTL

In the current episode of “The Bachelorette”, the 15 male candidates met the 5 female candidates for the first time. And as expected, everyone was very surprised – especially among the men, the mood changed significantly. Some see their skins floating away, others are friends with the ladies and Others clash directly with their new comrades.

Worlds collide on “The Bachelorette”: One word divides the men and women

Candidate Bennett immediately causes a heated argument. His statement that the knives in the kitchen are “insanely” sharp is particularly offensive to his competitor Aysum. Using the word “insane” Bennett could be insulting people who suffer from a mental disability. Bennett and candidate Musty no longer understand the world and cannot deal with the criticism. And so the first argument is sparked. No one wants to give in – instead it is about signaling to the other person who is in charge. The men do not want to be silenced and Aysun thinks it is a shame that they cannot deal with “constructive criticism”. “If I’m talking to my friend and I use the word mentally ill, I don’t care if someone else who has nothing to do with the conversation feels disturbed by it.”Bennett shoots. Candidate Leila attends the conversation and tries to mediate. But Bennett and Aysun will probably never see eye to eye – at least not on this topic.

Above all, Bennett seems to be deeply involved in the discussion. “This is also the season here with political correctness. I didn’t apply for that.” He decides to catch the women making a potentially offensive statement. And he is also certain: “If the women here were purely heterosexual, such a discussion would never have taken place.”

Bennett only meets the Bachelorette on the night of the roses

30 minutes have passed – but where is the Bachelorette?

The men and women getting to know each other takes up half of the episode. After 30 minutes, it becomes apparent that something or someone is missing: Where has the Bachelorette Stella Stegmann actually gone? Amid all the drama in the villa, the most important part of the show was forgotten. Because apart from a few clips, the rose distributor was not even seen in episode 3. But on the first night of roses, Stella finally gets her airtime and is already faced with the first real decision. Three of the participants have already had to leave the show. But viewers won't find out who it is until the next episode.
