Trump promises to “heal our world” after deadly school massacre in Georgia: “Sick and angry”

Former President Donald Trump spoke about the school shooting during his town hall for Fox News in a key swing state of Georgia and promised to “heal our world” if re-elected.

“The world is sick and angry for many reasons, and we are going to make it better. We are going to heal our world. We are going to end all these wars that are being caused by incompetence everywhere,” Trump said Wednesday at the New Holland Arena in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.

Fox News' Sean Hannity, who moderated the town hall meeting, mentioned the tragic and deadly shooting that occurred at a high school in Barrow County, Georgia, on Wednesday morning, as well as the tight security measures at Trump's public appearances following the assassination attempt on him in July.

“We're going to do very well, hopefully. We've got an election coming up soon… I think we're going to be very well positioned to do a great job,” Trump added.
