The Buckle, Inc. reports net sales for August 2024

The Buckle, Inc. (NYSE: BKE) today announced that comparable net sales of stores open at least one year for the 4-week period ended August 31, 2024 increased 1.7 percent compared to comparable store net sales for the 4-week period ended September 2, 2023. Net sales for the 4-week fiscal month ended August 31, 2024 decreased 6.6 percent to $105.1 million compared to net sales of $112.5 million for the prior year 4-week fiscal month ended August 26, 2023.

Year-to-date comparable store net sales for the 30-week period ended August 31, 2024 decreased 6.3 percent compared to comparable store net sales for the 30-week period ended September 2, 2023. Net sales for the 30-week fiscal period ended August 31, 2024 decreased 5.5 percent to $650.0 million compared to net sales of $687.8 million for the prior year 30-week fiscal period ended August 26, 2023.
