Two tragic accidents occurred in the Ostalb district on Wednesday: On the B29, just behind Aalen, a 25-year-old driver was killed when his vehicle collided head-on with a truck, police reported. In Bopfingen-Itzlingen, a 62-year-old cyclist failed to see a motorcyclist who had right of way when crossing the road.

The motorcyclist was travelling on the main road from Kerkingen towards Dirgenheim. At the intersection, there was reportedly a serious collision with the cyclist. The 62-year-old cyclist, who was not wearing a helmet, lost his balance and hit his head on the curb, causing fatal injuries. The motorcyclist sustained minor injuries.

The 25-year-old driver who crashed in Aalen crossed into the oncoming lane and collided head-on with an oncoming pickup truck, as reported. The 25-year-old suffered fatal injuries. Amazingly, the driver of the pickup truck was uninjured.

The 62-year-old cyclist had a traffic accident with a motorcycle at the intersection, which resulted in his fatal injuries. In another part of the district, a traffic accident occurred between a 25-year-old driver and a truck, which resulted in the tragic death of the 25-year-old.
