East Bay BART passenger stabbed, suspect arrested

ORINDA – A man suspected of stabbing a 54-year-old passenger on a BART train to Antioch on Tuesday night was arrested at the Orinda station, authorities said.

The victim, an Oakland resident, was stabbed in the upper arm. The wound was deemed non-life-threatening and the man was taken to a hospital for treatment.
