Simon Cowell brought his family to watch the quarterfinals of America's Got Talent on Tuesday.

The 64-year-old judge, his young son Eric, 10, and his fiancée Lauren Silverman, 47, walked the red carpet at the Hotel Dena before the live show.

Simon looked like a proud father as he hugged Eric while posing for photos.

The two bore a remarkable resemblance with their dark hair and similar facial features.

Lauren, on the other hand, looked effortlessly stylish in a leopard-print jacket, a low-cut black vest and dark jeans.

The music mogul wore his signature dark grey t-shirt and light washed jeans, with Eric mimicking his father's style.

Simon is a judge on the competition with supermodel Heidi Klum, comedian Howie Mandel and Modern Family star Sofia Vergara.

Tuesday night's episode marked the last round of the quarterfinals, which were held for the first time on August 14 after eight casting rounds.

For the first time in AGT history, the judges were given a live golden buzzer. When pressed, one lucky contestant will advance directly to the finale of the show.

And the judges looked thrilled as they concluded this phase of the competition as they posed on the red carpet.

During the show, Simon pressed his golden buzzer for aerialist Sebastian, who performed alone after his partner Sonia was injured.

After the accident during rehearsal, Sebastian declared that he would not give up on his dreams and performed solo, rising high above the stage and spinning around, propelling himself using only his body weight.

Sonia, whose arm was in a sling after the accident, watched him backstage. When he finished, the audience and the jury gave Sebastian a standing ovation.

Simon pressed his golden buzzer for aerialist Sebastian, who performed alone after his partner Sonia was injured during a practice session

Sebastian whirled around high above the stage during his number

“I'm standing up because a lot of people would have given up,” Simon said. “I think most would have said we had an accident and can't continue.”

“You did the opposite and carried on. Not only that, I'm not saying that just because of that, not just because of that, that was by far the best response we've had so far, that's why you get…”

Then Simon reached out and pressed his Golden Buzzer while Sebastian hugged Sonia in disbelief.

The semifinals will air on NBC on Wednesday, September 11.
