Knife attack at Legiencenter – police looking for attacker

Violent crime in Hamburg-Billstedt: A man was attacked with a knife in front of the Legiencenter. The police are puzzled.

A violent crime occurred at the Legiencenter in Billstedt on Tuesday evening: A man was seriously injured in a knife attack at around 9 p.m. The attacker then managed to flee in an unknown direction.

The police launched a manhunt, but have not yet been able to find the perpetrator. Officials were initially unable to provide any information about the possible background to the crime or a motive. The seriously injured victim was taken to a nearby hospital.
