Jennifer Lopez shows off her dance moves on a shopping trip with daughter Emme amid her divorce from Ben Affleck

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Breakup blues, what are they? Jennifer Lopez appeared in good spirits as she went on a shopping spree with her daughter Emme on Sunday, September 1, just days after filing for divorce from Ben Affleck on August 20.

During her much-needed outing, Lopez, dressed in a bohemian outfit, performed a cheerful dance move.

The “Jenny From The Block” singer’s latest appearance came immediately after her first public appearance since filing divorce papers.

Jennifer Lopez, 55, showed off her free spirit as she headed to the Century City Mall in Los Angeles on Sunday with a large shopping group that included her 16-year-old daughter Emme, according to the Daily Mail.

Lopez wore a long, patchwork denim skirt with a chic cream knit top. The Manhattan Maid star accessorized with plenty of dainty silver jewelry and wore a gold ring on her wedding ring finger. To complete the look, she accessorized with oversized Gucci sunglasses, Jennifer Fisher hoop earrings and a Dior saddle bag.

At one point during their outing, the “Atlas” star showed off her famous dance moves in an elevator. Emme, who uses the gender-neutral pronoun “they/them,” excitedly filmed her mother's impromptu performance.

The “Let's Get Loud” rocker welcomed Emme along with her fraternal twin brother Max during her seven-year marriage to Marc Anthony. The former couple divorced in 2014.

Lopez's appearance on Sunday came just a day after she was spotted at an event in Beverly Hills on Saturday, August 31. For that appearance, Lopez wore a white halter crop top and flared jeans.

After citing “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the divorce, Jennifer Lopez released a photo over the weekend, sending a clear message.

In one of the 16-photo carousel, Lopez wears a T-shirt with a print that reads, “She's in full bloom and carefree.”

The message further implied that she was “out of reach and at peace.”

It looks like Lopez took a few days to pamper herself following her recent breakup.

While she showed off her incredible figure in one photo, Lopez was seen enjoying a hearty serving of ice cream in another.

On another slide, she delivered the message, which was: “Everything unfolds in divine order.”

The doting mother shared a few snaps of herself enjoying a spa day. Her 16-year-old daughter Emme was also seen in some of her posts.

Lopez ended the carousel on a poignant note, seeming to convey the message that despite her divorce, she is ready to “dream,” as her printed T-shirt made clear.
