Ogden Police Seek Information on Anniversary of Unsolved 2013 Case

OGDEN, Utah (KTV) — Ogden police are looking for information on an unsolved case from 2013.

On this day 11 years ago (August 31, 2013), Ogden Police were called to a shooting report.

When police arrived on the scene, they found Robert Soto dead on the sidewalk.

Witnesses reported to police that they heard gunshots, slamming car doors and accelerating vehicles in the area.

Soto reportedly left a group of friends in a backyard and walked outside to the sidewalk, where he was shot.
