Night shots in Streator, IL

PEORIA (25News Now) – At around 3:20 a.m. Sunday morning, Streator Police responded to reports of multiple gunshots at an apartment complex near the intersection of Bridge and Colorado Streets.

When officers arrived, they found numerous cartridge cases and traces of a firearm in the area.

OSF Streator notified police that a 34-year-old man reported to their facility with a gunshot wound.

The victim was later transported to OSF Peoria with non-life threatening injuries.

Streator Police were notified that one or more unknown individuals fired shots after a party at the complex and several people fled the scene.

The investigation is ongoing and there is currently no information about a suspect.
