Tragic accident: Two boys killed by a train while playing mobile games

Two boys met a tragic end when they were hit by a train while playing with their mobile phones on a railway track in Durg district of Chhattisgarh, local authorities reported on Sunday.

The heartbreaking incident took place around 7 pm on Saturday in Risali area under Padmanabhpur police station jurisdiction. The two 14-year-old boys were so engrossed in their games that they did not notice the approaching Dalli Rajhara-Durg local train.

The victims were identified as Puran Sahu and Veer Singh, residents of Risali sector in Bhilai town. Police immediately reached the scene and sent the bodies for postmortem. A case has been registered and further investigation is underway.
