This is how long this “The Walking Dead” star will continue

If one star of the “The Walking Dead” universe has his way, he will be fighting zombies and other dangers for quite some time. Although he has been a part of the main series for many years, his story will continue in a spin-off. Find out how long the star in question wants to continue in this article.

In 2010, the post-apocalypse broke out and turned the world into a place full of zombies and dangerous gangs. “The Walking Dead” tells the story of police officer Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) and many others who have to fight for their survival every day. Other stars of the main series include Chandler Riggs, Lauren Cohan, Melissa Suzanne McBride and Norman Reedus. The latter appeared in 175 episodes, i.e. in almost all of “The Walking Dead” episodes, as Daryl Dixon, who is clearly one of the favorite characters of many fans.

It was all the more pleasing for many viewers when the spin-off show “The Walking Dead: Daryl Dixon” was announced. The first season was a success and we can look forward to much more to come. A second season has already been given the green light, and just recently there was more good news: a third season has already been announced before the start of this next season.

This also corresponds to the latest statements from lead actor Norman Reedus. The star spoke to Mr. Feelgood magazine about his future as a “The Walking Dead” actor. Reedus could imagine appearing as Daryl Dixon for another six or seven years. Of course, that also depends on how well the spin-off series do. It is a first, good sign that we can expect a lot more “The Walking Dead” revival with Daryl in the future.
