The trio of co-chefs/partners at Paffuto – Jake Loffler, Daniel Griffiths and Sam Kalkut – have decided to team up with Mardhory Santos-Cepeda, owner of Brazilian bakery Kouklet & Tanda, for the occasion, and orders for their “Feijoada Feast” are now open.

Dishes include smoked ham, sausage and black beans panzerottis, Palm hearts and caramelized onions panzerottisOrange fennel salad, braised collard greens, fried sweet plantains and caipirinha sourdough doughnuts with lime cream and cachaça whipped cream. Orders can be placed until 2:30pm on Wednesday 4 September and the boxes will arrive to be $45 plus tax.

According to a press release, the boxes are designed for two people and customers can order as many boxes as they like.
