[ACCIDENT] Mustang crashes into a Corvette at Cars and Coffee

If you light it, you better be prepared to pay for it.

That's the lesson the driver of this black Mustang learned when he recently left a Cars and Coffee event in Illinois and was told by a bystander to “start an engine.”

In the footage uploaded to Reddit, the driver immediately reacts by revving his engine and doing a tiny burnout that produces a small amount of smoke, then oversteers to the right. However, instead of steering right, this novice driver lets off the accelerator, slams on the brakes, and only allows the skid to get worse.

So much worse that the Mustang spins and slides into the front of an innocent C6 Corvette parked in the parking lot of the Gombosi Goodyear store. The impact, while light, lifts the Ford off its tires briefly, but fortunately appears to have done little damage to the front of the Chevy, hopefully.

However, it could have been much worse, as there were many onlookers standing along the road who could have been hit by the Mustang. Among them was a group of three people standing next to a Jeep next to the Corvette.

When will people like this Mustang driver finally learn to give up these childish antics?
