The River Bend Film Festival in Goshen offers a wide selection of entertainment

GOSHEN, Indiana – The River Bend Film Festival is returning to Goshen this year, running Thursday through Saturday in downtown Goshen.

The festival features film screenings, workshops, appearances by industry guests and special events.

Organizers say they want to spotlight the work of local, regional and even international filmmakers.

According to the event website, this year's festival will feature over 80 films from 12 different countries.

Festival producer Carrie Lee Kendall said, “We encourage people to come and be a part of the festival. If you love movies and music, this is a great way to watch tons of films with like-minded film lovers and be around industry professionals. We have over 80 filmmakers coming from all over the United States. It's an international film festival, so there are 12 different countries represented in this program as well, and we have panel discussions with filmmakers that are actually question-and-answer sessions after each screening. We have multiple film blocks throughout Friday and all day Saturday.”
