DuBois man charged with sexual abuse of minors – Connect FM | Local News Radio

REYNOLDSVILLE – A DuBois man is facing felony charges after allegedly forcing a child to touch him inappropriately.

On August 18, 2021, a guardian of the minor victim went to police and said the child had exhibited inappropriate behavior that he had learned from 52-year-old Jason Jablonski.

At that time, the child did not give any information to the police. Three years later, he told another guardian what had happened.

During an interview with police in May, the child told police that Jablonski exposed himself when he was five years old and forced the child to touch him inappropriately.

He is now facing charges of sexual assault of a person under 13, unlawful contact with a minor, seduction of a minor and endangering the welfare of a child. Jablonski is also facing charges of sexual assault and sexual battery.

Jablonski is currently being held in the Jefferson County Jail on $100,000 bail awaiting a preliminary hearing on September 10.
