Man arrested for sexually abusing a teenager in Visalia

VISALIA, Calif. (FOX26) — UPDATE: Visalia Police have confirmed the man’s arrest.

VPD also identified the man as 20-year-old Ulises Lupian.

Visalia police say he is wanted for the sexual abuse of a 13-year-old girl.

According to the VPD, it happened on Wednesday morning shortly after 8:45 a.m.

According to police, the girl was on her way home when the man began to follow her. He then made contact with the girl and sexually abused her.

According to police, the girl managed to fend off the man, who then left the scene of the attack.

According to VPD, the attack occurred south of Giddings Street and Wren Avenue.
