Trial dates set for Terrytown man charged with sexual abuse of 14-year-old

A 28-year-old Terrytown man accused of sexually abusing a 14-year-old girl is scheduled for a two-day trial.

Montell Red Bear is charged with third-degree sexual abuse of a child and enticement of a minor to commit crimes.

Court records show that he picked up a 14-year-old girl, bought her underwear and fishnet stockings, took topless photos of her and fondled her.

He has pleaded not guilty and remains in custody with bail set at $150,000 at 10%. His jury trial is currently scheduled for September 23 and 24 in Scotts Bluff County District Court.
