Jerry Schmitt Coach's Show returns; airs Thursdays on SportsNet Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH– The Jerry Schmitt The Coach's Show, presented by UPMC and UPMC Health Plan, returns this football season and airs every Thursday night on SportsNet Pittsburgh.

The first show, hosted by Tim Benz, will premiere on Thursday, August 29 at 6:30 p.m. prior to the Dukes' season opener in Toledo, and a new episode will air each week of the season.

Each episode features a 1-on-1 interview with Schmitt, presented by Cordia, as well as a football student, presented by Summit Academy and the Academy Schools. Schneider Downs offers an insight Behind the numbers and Sherwin Williams sponsors the Painting the picture of victory Segment. Dean Honda will then present the The way to the future.
