Juan Vides-Alegria attacks his estranged wife while she has a new man at their home – Scoop: Nashville

Juan Vides-Alegria, 42, was involved in a domestic dispute with his estranged wife, Kisna Agliar, at their Mclendon Court residence on June 4, 2020. When officers arrived on June 11, 2020, Kisna told them that she and Juan had been living apart for nearly three years but had not yet divorced. Kisna stated that Juan called her on June 4, 2020, to pick up their children for the night. Afterward, Kisna shared that a man she had been speaking with stopped by. While the other person was there, Kisna stated that Juan called her, but she did not answer any of his calls. Kisna reported that Juan then returned their son to their residence. When Juan entered the residence, he became aggressive, picked up an object and began swinging it. Kisna told officers that because of the speed at which Juan swung his gun, she did not know if Juan was hitting her or the man she was talking to.

Kisna stated that she and Juan argued after the man she was speaking to left. During the argument, Juan tried to take the phone away from Kisna. Kisna told officers that during their “scuffle,” Juan never hit her and only grabbed her arms to get to the phone. According to Kisna, when the argument was over, Juan walked away, grabbed an object, and began hitting himself in the head. Juan did this so much that his head began to bleed. When officers tried to contact Juan, he was not home. Four years later, on August 26, 2024, Juan Alegria was taken into custody and charged with domestic violence.

Juan Manuel Vides-Alegria, of Daybreak Drive in Antioch, Tennessee, was booked into the Metro Nashville Jail on August 26 on a charge of domestic violence. He is free on $1,000 bail.
