Suspect arrested and charged with possession of child sexual abuse material

SAN ANTONIO – A suspect was arrested and charged with possession of child pornography.

On Tuesday, San Antonio Police announced via Facebook that Wade Hartzell had been arrested for possession of child sexual abuse material.

The Human Exploitation Unit was alerted by an anonymous tip that Hartzell was in possession of the illegal material.

During the investigation, it emerged that the suspect was in possession of the material and had enough evidence to obtain three arrest warrants.

Hartzell was arrested Tuesday and charged with three counts of possession of child pornography.

He is taken to the Bexar County Jail.
