The drama surrounding Raylee Rukavina’s wedding dress exploded on TikTok in August 2024.

On August 24, 2024, an Atlanta-based fashion designer named Cenderra posted a TikTok talking about the alleged unsavory behavior of her client Raylee. Cenderra shared a video of a model wearing a dress from her couture line Casze Atelier. She then showed a video of herself helping Raylee try on the dress for her August wedding. While the influencer smiled while trying on a pair of earrings that matched the dress, Cenderra captioned the video that Raylee allegedly took the dress without paying the remaining balance.

“Raylee has our dress and won't pay us the balance,” Cenderra said. “It's a wedding dress and she doesn't want to return it or pay the balance at this point, so the dress is stolen. If anyone has any information on this Colorado bride, let us know!”

In another video, Cenderra claimed that the Colorado influencer and her husband David Wells blocked her when she reached out to Raylee about paying and shipping the dress to her.

Raylee appears to have deleted her social media accounts.

Cenderra's resume as a fashion designer for stars like Glorilla, Jayda Cheaves, and Angela Simmons speaks for itself. However, her TikTok garnered additional attention for her brand as her videos about her and Raylee's drama garnered millions of views. The video also led to several other TikTok creators accusing Raylee of allegedly stealing the designer's dress.

Since the controversy, Raylee has seemingly retreated from social media. Her TikTok and Instagram, which she used to promote her Colorado hair salon, are no longer active.

Social media is divided over the controversy surrounding Raylee and Cenderra's wedding dress.

While many social media users support Cenderra's demand for the money she claims she is owed, others are skeptical due to a lack of evidence. People are now demanding “receipts” from Cenderra to prove that Raylee owes the money. Additionally, there are concerns about why Raylee got the dress without first paying for it in full.

“NEVER ship without full payment. Hard lesson I learned myself – sorry this happened to you,” wrote one commenter on Cenderra's video exposing Raylee. Another suggested, “You should use an escrow company for transactions like this. The customer's money is held until they receive the item and complete the purchase, so you are both protected from loss.” Cenderra responded, “I will definitely implement that.”

According to TikToker @leticiaholloway, Cenderra shipped the dress without collecting the full amount to ensure it arrived in time for Raylee to wear it at her wedding.

Raylee's sister turned to Distractify to refute allegations that Cenderra lied about Raylee stealing her dress.

Amid the controversy surrounding Raylee and Cenderra's dress drama, Raylee's sister McKenzie contacted Distractify to set the record straight on the designer's claims. She said Cenderra, not Raylee, was in the wrong for canceling the final dress fitting for her and her sister “two days before the scheduled time” and also “failing to show up for the scheduled Zoom meeting after canceling the final fitting.” She also said the dress was not designed for her sister's body type.

Raylee's sister also told us that Cenderra gave the influencer an incorrect tracking number, so the dress arrived two days before the wedding. When it arrived, McKenzie said the dress was “at least two sizes too small.”

She then accused Cenderra of ignoring Raylee and her mother after they tried to resolve the issue after a seamstress found the dress “unwearable.” McKenzie said Raylee and her mother were “desperate” to find a new wedding dress to wear on her wedding day (see above).

Cenderra, for her part, has not yet commented.
