Police said a Dubuque County man sexually assaulted a girl under the age of 17. Tyler M. Zurn, 30, of Dyersville, was arrested at his residence at 2:56 p.m. Saturday on charges of third-degree sexual assault – rape and third-degree sexual assault – of a person four or more years older than the victim.
