75-year-old man dies in traffic accident in Warren County

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, Ohio (WXIX) – An investigation is ongoing after a man was killed in a car crash in Washington Township Monday morning.

According to the Ohio State Highway Patrol, 75-year-old Robert Hinman of Morrow died at the scene of the accident.

It happened at 8:35 a.m. on US 22 near South Clarksville Road.

According to police officers told the Lebanon Post, Hinman was driving northeast on U.S. 22 when he veered off the left side of the road and struck a railing and a tree.

When emergency services arrived at the scene, Hinman was already dead.

OSHP is still investigating the accident.
